Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, AI consulting, automation, and intelligent infrastructure engagements (collectively, the "Services") provided by AI Integrated Solutions LLC ("AIS", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use them to build a competing product. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.

2. Engagements & Deliverables

Specific scope, fees, timelines, and ownership for any consulting or implementation engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work. Where such an agreement conflicts with these Terms, the engagement agreement controls for that engagement.

3. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, models, content, and branding, are owned by AIS or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you, no license is conferred. You retain ownership of data and materials you provide to us.

4. AI Outputs & Disclaimers

AI-generated outputs may be probabilistic and are provided for your evaluation. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
